Disciplinary Procedure

1. On field behavior

The team manager must report any cautions issued by the referee on the match sheet. For cases of serious misconduct (i.e. red cards) the Committee shall decide whether to impose an additional suspension to that imposed by the AFA. The penalties issued for cautions not reported by the match official will be determined by the club committee.

Yellow Cards
Each caution issued is subject to an administrative charge of £12 (£10 AFA £2 Club) and 1 disciplinary point
Second caution in a game is subject to a fine of £15, 2 disciplinary points and a 1-3 match suspension

There is no appeal against single cautions or cases receiving £15 fine + 1-3 match suspension, except in cases of mistaken identity.

Any player booked for dissent will subject to a fine of £20 + 1 Match suspension
Any player booked a second time for dissent will subject to a fine of £30 + 2 Match suspension
(Suspensions issued for dissent apply even if the caution is not reported by the match official)

Any player booked a second time will be called before the club committee and warned about their future participation at the club.
Any player booked a third time will be suspended from the club for a period to be determined by the club committee

Kicking or striking another player £25 4 1-3 matches + possible club suspension
Spitting at an opponent or other £50 4 Player will be expelled from club
Attempting Headbutting £20 3 1-3 matches + possible club suspension
Refusing to give name or giving false name £30 5 Player will be expelled from club
Refusing to leave the field of play when ordered £30 5 1-3 matches
Headbutting £75 5 Player will be expelled from club
Causing match abandonment £75 5 Team manager & player(s) will be called
  before the club committee before decision
Threatening match official £75 5 Player will be expelled from club

Any appeals must be in writing and received by the Hon.Secretary within 7 days of notification and accompanied by a deposit of £25

These fines and suspensions include those imposed by the AFA but are only a guideline and in exceptional cases the punishment could be higher or lower than these guidelines.

These fines are intended purely to recoup the fines, which we as a club will have to pay to the AFA for reaching mandatory fine stages.

2. Dress.
Any player who persistently wears the incorrect club colors on the field of play will be fined to a maximum of £1
These fines are imposed at the captain’s discretion

3. Non appearances
Any player, who after confirming the meeting details with his captain, then fails to arrive for the fixture, will be suspended for 7 days from all the club’s competitive football. For a second offence the suspension is increased to 14 days, a third offence will result in immediate expulsion from the club.

4. Time keeping
 Any player, who after confirming the meeting details with his captain, then arrives late will be fined as follows:
1-15 minutes £1, 16-30 minutes £2 More than 30 minutes £5
These fines are imposed at the captain’s discretion
